Description: Assimilated device aboard the USS Perth. Size of a small earth dog. Moves about on sets of wheels, enabling it to move at high speed over all forms of terrain. AFRAD served several purposes in the field. It can accurately map the terrain it proceeded over including details underground to a depth of six inches
Capable of analysing six samples at the same time in the field or a dozen whilst in a laboratory with full access to multiple databases to compare its results to. Capable of tracking multiple targets both on the ground and in the air and defending itself using low powered laser beams against two or three targets at the same time.
