The Cromwell jumped into the fray successfully, assisting Lessa in retrieving her crewmates from the True Way. Though Lessa's former crewmates were saved, the full consequences for her and the Cromwell have yet to be determined.

Applying a solution Solomon would have been proud of, The Cromwell has split it's resources to deal with the problems. Commander Carter is leading a team to Chetzia on a shuttle to deal with the crisis on the planet there, while the Cromwell heads to deal with it's rogue security chief and the True Way base she has infiltrated, with the aim of rescuing former crewmates.

After meeting with the Uller's CO, Colonel Hidalgo, at Omicron Shipyards, the decision was made to bring the Cromwell- and subsequently, the DFA- into the alliance against the Cardassians.

The Cromwell proceeded to Phoenix with the taskforce, and is now engaged in action both spaceside and stationside.
