The crew of the Cromwell is still attempting to save the Rasiik and the crashed ship from the Avernian goo-creature(s). Dejah and Marak are dealing with the Avernians (corrupted by the Changeling) aboard the vessel while Anun and the away team are dealing with the corrupted Avernians and first contact with the Rasiik in the crashed vessel. Meanwhile Katiya has been sent back to Command and a formal reprimand was added to Tirol's record for improper handling of the situation. She has been returned to Babylon under the guise of a formal trial but will likely be reassigned to another vessel. Hopefully this plot will be wrapped up within the month.
